change discovery_paths to discovery_folders?

Users might add paths to the watcher or modules instead of the parent folder, does aw-tauri just ignore this and scan all watchers in the parent folder, or directly add that to modules skipping scanning?

The name change might be more descriptive if aw-tauri will always scan the parent folder anyways.
