Currently, the run-qaqc, info, and to-cog tools only work with raster files. It would be a major improvement—especially for the climate data workflows—if these tools could also handle NetCDF files.
I have had a few goes at attempting this so far, but the internal layout of netcdf has proved difficult to work with.
