Description

Even if ChatTimestampSeconds is set to TRUE the timestamps in the chat log don't include seconds. Neither in the chat window, nor in the resulting log file.

Reproduction steps

1. Make sure ChatTimestampSeconds is TRUE
2. Say something in chat
3. Inspect the logged timestamp

Oh, looks like the ChatTimestampSeconds is a even a left-over from my old Alchemy settings.xml. The develop version doesn't even have this setting anymore. Is that intentional?

Nope. Just needed some extra work around chat log parsing and etc and hasn't been restored yet.
