Error when connecting to GeoNode via Plugin

Current Behavior

Possible Solution

Issue looks to be related to python "packaging" module

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Data Source Manager
2. Select GeoNode Plugin and Add a New Connection
3. Input Connection Name, GeoNodeURL, and select preconfigured "Basic" authentication
4. Click "Connect"
