feat(mat-form-field): Outlined form filed container color

Feature Description

I need to use the Outlined mat form field, but I can't set the container color with a token... I need to use internal classes. That is very frustrating because we are investing in using these tokens and removing the use of internal classes.

There are a few *-outline-color tokens that should do it (e.g. outlined-disabled-outline-color, outlined-focus-outline-color, outlined-outline-color etc). You might have to define multiple tokens to cover all the cases.

@crisbeto I don't think there is any token available to handle container color for outlined form field. The tokens you mentioned control outline color only.

Do you mean the background color? The outlined container is meant to be transparent.
