Cells_level, max_cells/min_cells are not parameterized in S2_COVERINGCELLIDS

Hello,

Using the last version, I notice S2_COVERINGCELLIDS didn't accept any parameters. In BigQuery and others implementations of s2, cells_level, max_cells/min_cells are mandatory.
