Feature Request: DAC support for ESP32-S2

I am really enjoying the AtomVM project and what it brings to the table! Such a cool project.

I would like to request support for the Digital To Analog Converter Peripheral on the esp32s2. I have not seen any work being done on it here, and I was hoping it would be possible for a hobby project I am building. If this is not possible, or maybe not practical, this issue can be closed. I understand that this project exists on the work of volunteers. I might try my hand at adding support, but this type of embedded work is all new to me.

I have a WIP prototype for oneshot mode, tested the voltages just yesterday.

I intend to support only the "oneshot" mode for the time being.
