🐛 scaffolder-backend-module-azure-devops: pipeline run failure causes plugin output error

📜 Description

If the Azure Pipeline run was unsuccessful (both failed and canceled), the plugin throws errors in the task run logs.

👍 Expected behavior

It should return status of the pipeline and list of errors from the pipeline

👎 Actual Behavior with Screenshots

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Create Azure DevOps pipeline which fails
2. Run a template which triggers action: azure:pipeline:run
3. Observe logs in Backstage UI
