I've spent a week crafting a beets config.yaml, and just imported my first album. I had beet tag the album using the from_scratch option. It creates a mess of tags, all named in different styles, such as: album artist, Album Artist, album_artist, albumartists, and album_artists, all containing the same data. The date/year/original year tags are also a mess, for example.
My aim is to use both MusicBrainz and Discogs for tags.
How can I clean this up so the tag style matches that of MusicBrainz/Picard (eg. Album Artist) and duplicates with different styles are removed/merged?
See attached Picard screen, and attached sanitised config file (very long).
