Updates the pinned Chrome Stable version used by multiple GitHub Actions workflows to keep CI/browser-based test runs aligned with the intended Chrome baseline.

- Bumped
chrome-versionfrom145.0.7632.67to146.0.7680.177in wrapper E2E, demos visual tests, and playgrounds workflows. - Updated the same pinned version in the GH Pages TestCafe workflow.
- Refreshed the (currently commented-out) Chrome pin in
