Local definitions (i.e. @alias that only works in current file)

Is it currently possible to make @alias only in current file? Currently @alias and @class seem to work globally for all project, and in documentation such feature is not listed if it is there, but maybe I just can't find it.

This is not currently possible. We now have the @private annotation, so IMHO, that would fit nicely with @alias and @class annotations. But, that needs opening a feature request.
