Applying new configuration without WM restart

Is it possible to avoid killing all the client windows just to, say, activate a couple of new bindings I added to .icewm/keys?

hmm.. looks like it's missing from man icesh page. Still, icesh restart seem to work too.

The commit that introduced this feature bbidulock/icewm@88cfb4445 at the same time included the documentation. It could be a problem with the packaging of your distribution?
