Hi there! 👋

I'm mingcheng(明城). Originally from Ningbo, I am currently based in Hangzhou, China.

I work as an Open-Source Evangelist at Ant Group and serve on the Project Management Committee (PMC) at the Apache Software Foundation. I actively maintain several open-source projects, including InclusionAI (Huggingface), Dragonfly (CNCF Graduated Project), and Apache Geaflow (Incubating). Additionally, I am pursuing a master's degree in Business Analytics and Data Science at SISU, with an expected graduation in 2026.

I'm passionate about programming, primarily working with Rust, Golang, TypeScript, Java, Python, and R. To me, programming languages are more than tools: they're a medium for exploring technology and expressing creativity. Currently, I'm diving deeper into AI agents and data analytics.

I am a FreeBSD enthusiast who also relies heavily on macOS and Linux. For Linux, I prefer Debian for production and Arch (specifically EndeavourOS) for my development environment. I enjoy system administration, shell scripting, automation, and discovering new tools across these ecosystems.
