Current state after connector fixes:

• Commit Acceptor Gate is green at head a41d559cded14bcc085e88032e92597008887a21.
• The original diff-binding failure was fixed by adding .claude/commit_acceptors/issue-1228-slice1-ricci-carriers.yaml.
• The schema failure was fixed by replacing the unsafe heredoc-style measurement_command with a schema-safe one-line JSON validation command.

Remaining failure:

• PR Gate → repo-policy → Inventory and manifest integrity checks fails.
• Workflow step runs python scripts/ci/check_inventory_sync.py and python scripts/ci/check_manifest_hashes.py.

Required next patch:

• Inspect the exact failing command output.
• If inventory is missing a managed tracked file, update INVENTORY.json by the canonical inventory mechanism.
• If a tracked manifest or artifact checksum is stale, regenerate the corresponding manifest by the canonical repo mechanism.
• Do not modify runtime/source code.
• Do not grant score credit.
• Preserve artifact-only non-claims: score remains 81.5, no target interval, no final validation.

Acceptance:

• Commit Acceptor Gate remains green.
• PR Gate / repo-policy becomes green.
• Changed files stay limited to governance/evidence surfaces needed to satisfy the gate.
