Background: e2e failed, because api-server no longer excepts the argument
cloud-provider.But this message was not in the created e2e artifact.
Up to now the pod logs where not in the tarball.
To ease development of that tool, a cli-version was created, so that you can fetch the logs without running e2e tests.
