Steps to reproduce

Keyboard Manager non-functional in my case with 'new editor'.

• I am a nerd so I use an IBM model M for my job writing attached to my laptop. It has no windows key because it was produced in the late '80s.

• finally decided to try remapping. I use multiple desktops but that's a pain without a shortcut (Win + Ctrl + Left / Right)

• foolishly mapped Left Alt to Windows, but changed it back due to conflicts etc.

• mapped the Home key to Windows instead and tried adding media function to the numpad

• When testing, not all shortcuts worked. Only volume down and play/pause

• Opened the editor back up and things were randomly toggled on and off

• Also, some 'triggers' were swapped/jumbled and duplicated.

• attempting to delete these incorrect/duplicated bindings sometimes did nothing, sometimes appeared deleted until re-opening the editor, and sometimes just toggled off.

• toggling them manually made random others on the list toggle on/off

• When using the old editor, everything seems to be working fine.
• But if I change the binds on the old editor, switching back to the new editor results in bizarre errors and duplications and additions of deleted keybinds.
• switching once more to the old editor retains all of the random mistakes made by the new one
• even in the case that I deleted a keybind on the old editor, it reappeared in the new editor where i 'deleted' it, then switched back to the old editor to see it reappear again.

i was expecting consistency.
