Chat sessions disappear from sidebar list when switching between them

Chat session list entries disappear when switching between sessions

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Have multiple chat sessions in the sidebar session list
2. Click on different sessions to switch between them
3. Some sessions visually disappear from the session list
4. The issue is intermittent — sessions sometimes reappear, sometimes don't

Expected behavior: All chat sessions remain visible in the session list.

Actual behavior: Chat sessions randomly disappear from the sidebar list when clicking between them.

Additional context:

• Reproduced with code --disable-extensions
• Many sessions accumulated
• Issue is intermittent, not consistently reproducible
• Electron: 39.8.8, Chromium: 142.0.7444.265, Node.js: 22.22.1
