NVDA 2026.1 Beta 1 and Turkish 32 bit Synthesizer #19567

Brief summary
I cannot use the GVZ GUL 16k synthesizer, which I use without any problems with NVDA 2025.3.2 Version, in NVDA 2026.1 Beta1. While other SAPI5 sounds work fine, GVZ sounds do not. I am using Windows 11 25h2 Turkish operating system. Detailed information is in the zipped file I have attached.

Actual behavior
As soon as I select the GVZ GUL Voice, NVDA crashes and the error sound plays.
