Feature Request: Sync accurate cost from OpenAI Usage dashboard

Description:
The current cost summary appears to rely on local log scanning, which doesn't always align with the official "Total usage" shown at platform.openai.com/usage.

Since CodexBar already supports OpenAI session cookies for dashboard extras, could an option be added to fetch and display the actual "Usage this month" value directly from the OpenAI usage page as a source of truth? That'd be very helpful! 😊
