"To" field empty in email header when sending ticket reply notification #908

Hello UVDesk Support Team,

We found an issue related to email notification headers when a ticket reply is sent from the system.

In the email details, the "To" field appears empty, while the email is still successfully delivered to the recipient.

From the email header information, we can see:

  • from: (correct)
  • to: (empty)
  • mailed-by: (correct)
  • signed-by: (correct)
  • security: TLS enabled

We would like to ask:

  1. Is this expected behavior in UVDesk?
  2. Is there any configuration required to properly fill the "To" header?
  3. Could this be related to mailer settings (SMTP / Sendmail / Queue / SwiftMailer)?
  4. Are there recommended settings to ensure the recipient address appears correctly in the email header?

We are currently using UVDesk with SMTP mail configuration.

Please let us know if you need additional logs or configuration details.
