Source code license?

I'm writing a bot that builds as an app service on Heroku/DO, and includes Nodestone. No software license has been provided with Nodestone, so I'm not sure what level of modification and distribution I'm permitted.

package.json lists it as MIT despite there being no actual license file.

Very strong chance that is the case but can wait on @Supamiu confirmation before going with it.
