This PR needs another revision.
The latest change created new nested pages, but the desired approach is to move questions from
src/pages/web-platform/index.mdinto existing topic pages, for examplesrc/pages/javascript/index.md,src/pages/css/index.md, and existing HTTP/browser pages, without adding newindex.mdpages.Please revise before merging.
