System state as shipped out for AMAPPS.

Includes the following improvements:

  • EXIF, NUC info to meta json
  • Fall back to event spoofing in case of lost GPS signal
  • Move from general cas naming to nayak name for King Air system.
  • IR drivers will now not NUC on startup
  • Small sleep in INS driver gen packet loop so core isn't always maxed

And bug fixes:

  • Fixed chrony config so it works for offline time synchronization
  • Nth image is now properly marked in post processing, taking priority over image with detections
  • Phase one exposure stops were one significant figure off, now fixed
  • set_eth_speed_max now runs via supervisor, required root access
  • Display when INS has no fix, and when GNSS status is dead reckoning
