Adds a
test/mcpworkflow covering auth rejection against the OIDC listener: a malformed Authorization header and empty/non-JWT/unverifiable bearer tokens all return 401, and GET returns 405. The invariant is 'rejected, never accepted and never 5xx'. Note: I couldn't run this locally (the mzcompose image build needs a cross-compile toolchain that fails to install here), so the 401s are derived from reading the auth middleware rather than observed — CI is the verification gate.
