Overview
From the backlog and in support of the recent addition of the Flex model number, this adds an image of the most recent version of the regulatory-certification sticker found on the back of the robot. Verified in #regulatory that this the latest, latest, latest.

Adds an image and caption to System Description > System Specifications > Model and serial numbers (at very bottom of page).
Caption uses qualifying language like "yours may look like this" because there have been other versions of the sticker and just in case it changes again.
