Thanks for putting that all together. My group hasn't made it to P3 yet, but I think this should be okay even so. (I'm not as concerned about small nits for timelines compared to triggers.) I'll approve this once you've had a chance to respond on the in-line comments and then we can probably plan on another release late tonight or tomorrow.

This is an addon to #1069 .
Using FFLOGs uploads. P2 doesn't have a whole lot to track. P3 and P4 still need to be cleaned up, but include up to enrage and transition to next phase.
Some P5 included as well.
