Take only WinNative-Emu#504's PulseAudio/ALSA latency + env-var (ANDROID_*) changes. Keep upstream's existing pause path (SIGSTOP daemon + ALSAClient zero-fill); WinNative-Emu#504's CLI sink-suspend pause approach is discarded.
