nit: Do we want to validate that the org ids are valid uuids & unique to keep parity with what we did for the terraform implementation, or is that overkill? |

With data plane 2.6.0 we added audit logs, configurable with env vars, to avoid this being an extraEnvVar, this adds them as first class vars.
