Add serial number for disks, because ceph needs them to evaluate devices, in particular, if serial/model cannot be found, then 'ceph device ls' will not return anything, however osds are deployed and functional. Signed-off-by: Kyr Shatskyy <kyrylo.shatskyy@clyso.com>
