This pull request introduces a validation configuration file (validation_config.json) along with a golden summary report CSV, and updates the manifest to point to this new configuration. A critical issue was identified in the validation configuration where the Check_goldens_output_csv rule references non-existent files (golden_data/golden_observations.csv and output/observations.csv), which will cause the validation run to fail. It is recommended to remove this rule.
