Pull request overview
Migrates maintainer information from the Nydus subproject into the Dragonfly community maintainer roster, and updates the emeritus (retired) maintainer list accordingly.
Changes:
- Added 5 new maintainers (including former Nydus maintainers) to
roles/Maintainers.md. - Added 4 new emeritus maintainers to the retired list.
- Adjusted table formatting/alignment in the maintainers section.

The document states the maintainers list is sorted alphabetically by name, but the newly added maintainers are appended at the end (e.g., Baptiste Girard-Carrabin should sort near the top under “B”). Please re-sort the table by the “Name” column (or update the statement if the intended sort key is different).

The emeritus maintainers section says the list is sorted alphabetically by name, but the new entries are appended (Bo Liu / Bin Liu / Changwei Ge / Xiang Gao) rather than inserted in order. Please re-sort the emeritus table by the “Name” column (or adjust the text describing the sort order).

Description
Migrate the nydus maintainers and update the retiree member list, refer to dragonflyoss/nydus#1887
