Tests the F28 ci-platform → ExtensionInstaller path end-to-end. horde/mapi (RC1, 2026-06-11) transitively requires ext-bcmath; the ci-platform block in .horde.yml was generated by horde-components deps --platform and lists it for every supported PHP minor. Locally all 6 lanes succeed setup + run PHPUnit + PHPStan. Carries the freshly-built phar (post UUT-recipe + composer.lock-drop work).
