can we add this? Its bit longer explanation.
We have improved managed app creation in the Mendix on Azure portal by adding guidance that the selected deployment region cannot be changed after app creation.
Clarified that Owner permissions on the target Azure subscription are required for successful deployment.

There is already a documentation available for this
