• Switch pyknós to publicly visible

  This is necessary for sbi to be usable for third parties (i.e. outside mackelab), since sbi gets its density estimation from nflows via pyknós (and will get other types of CDEs also from pyknós). We need basic documentation (README.md), basic tests (that can be run for an arbitrary density estimator), and a bit of cleanup.
