feat: add /device-guides redirects for legacy device URLs (DOC-208)#1137

Legacy /device-guides/get-started-with-<device> URLs (still linked from the marketing site and likely indexed) 404'd on docs.seam.co — the pages now live under /device-and-system-integration-guides/<device>/. Add 6 redirects to the confirmed new homes (august, yale, minut, noiseaware, schlage, smartthings). Closes DOC-208 (docs side). Note: 2 genuinely-dead marketing links (/capability-guides/data-sources, /seam-bridge/connecting-with-doorking) are a separate marketing-source cleanup.
