Without the option enabled, when moving or deleting lines, old extmarks remain in their original positions.

Must not be a breaking change for others, but I'm still surprised that there are no issues with this problem, so I'm gonna create it as draft for now. If you think that you may have this issue - then feel free to try it and leave your feedback. "ruslanSorokin/ccc.nvim",
