We were stuck on ESLint 8 due to the config change and we may as well transition to Oxlint for better speed. This is not 1:1 conversion, we lost some rules but gained others.
This is almost 1:1 replacement, I kept the Prettier default width of 80 characters and the differences in formatting are only in a few HTML files with tag ending ">" after new lines.
